Appointed for Impact was born from that realization.
As an educator, author, and lifelong believer in the power of encouragement, I have spent years watching people discover abilities they never knew they possessed. I have seen students gain confidence, families overcome obstacles, and individuals accomplish what once seemed impossible—all because someone believed in them, spoke life into them, or reminded them of their purpose.
Those experiences inspired something much bigger than a clothing brand.
They inspired a mission.

One story that continually inspires us is the story of Queen Esther, whose courage reminds us that we are often placed exactly where we need to be “for such a time as this.”
But Appointed for Impact is about more than one person or one story.

Appointed for Impact is deeply personal to me because it reflects the values that have shaped both my life and my career.
Throughout my journey as an educator, writer, and lifelong learner, I have witnessed the incredible difference encouragement can make. I have seen confidence grow where there was once uncertainty, hope rise where there was discouragement, and purpose emerge in places where people never expected it.
Those moments have strengthened my belief that every person carries something valuable that the world needs.
That belief is the foundation of this company.
My prayer is that every product we create reminds someone to keep believing, keep growing, keep serving, and keep walking confidently in the purpose God has placed in their life.
