Fulfillment & Production Time
  • Print-on-Demand: Every item is made specifically for you after you place your order.
  • Production Time: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create and package your custom products.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility.
Shipping Times
Shipping times apply after the fulfillment period is complete. Total delivery time equals production time plus shipping time.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–5 business days for domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: Can take 5–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Custom Fees & Import Duties
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes levied by their country.
  • Split Shipments: Items in the same order may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery.

⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Returns & Refunds
Because your items are custom print-on-demand products, they are made to order.
  • Limited Returns: We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
  • Buyer's Remorse: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or address entry errors.
  • Reporting Issues: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement.
